1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Animal Birthday Predictor ("ABP Pro"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the platform.

2. Purpose & Veterinary Disclaimer

ABP Pro provides breeding record calculation, 45-day ultrasound milestone scheduling, and PDF certificate generation for informational and stud management purposes. Estimates generated by ABP Pro are calculated using industry-standard formulas (340-day equine gestation) and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care or examination.

3. Certificate Entitlements & Credit Packs

Each new account receives 5 starter certificate credits. Issuing a new certificate consumes 1 credit. Re-downloading previously issued certificates is free. Additional credit packs (1-pack, 5-pack, 20-pack) are non-transferable and subject to store platform policies.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of breeding dates, mare identities, stallion parentage, and veterinary credentials entered into the system.
